Here it is, I can’t believe this is happening!

Actually, I am not surprised at what’s going on in my life.  After praying, “God I will seek your plan and say yes no matter what it looks like” so many cool things have taken place.  As we act in obedience to what He calls us to do it allows our faith to grow which then enables Him to work more in our life!

I am going to share with you one aspect that I have seen this to be true.  I have had a reoccurring idea for 10 plus years now about starting a company.  I do have an entrepreneur spirit so this does not surprise me.  The particular thought behind the company has always been the basic idea of t-shirt design and promotion.

In the past the idea was not always politically correct or maybe too provocative so I never took it any further than a piece of paper or brainstormed with a friend.  Now I have peace and clarity about what it will look like, more of an encouraging and positive message than the prior thoughts.  I have started to share the idea with friends and mentors to the point that this post will springboard into the creation of a new company which is very exciting!  SOO… here’s what I am thinking!!!

The new company will be based off a contest where t-shirt designs are submitted for approval (to make sure it is positive or encouraging) and then the design will be put online for public voting.  You will have the opportunity to create and submit designs as well as vote for the winners!  My hope is to foster your creativity while encouraging a positive message in our world.  Yes there are awesome t-shirt’s out there already but this is cool because we will be able to make it look like and read whatever we want because you are the designer.

When a design is submitted the Artist will be showcased along with a Charity that they support.  We will get into specifics later but the premise is for the winning t-shirt of the monthly contest to help financially support a charity.  We will donate the profit for the first month of the shirt to the winner’s charity of choice!

I am excited about this because I personally feel that we can all make a difference in our world.  We can create an opportunity for people to be creative, to inspire and encourage one another.  At the same time we can help to fund organizations that are actively working to facilitate a change in our society.  THIS is us coming together to do something awesome.  I like awesome!  

So I am asking for your help.  Here’s what you can do…

• PRAY for our success

I am thankful for all the wonderful people in my life and I thank you for even reading this.
